Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Operator

2. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed only to:

• review a request submitted through the website form;
• contact the sender via the provided details;
• clarify the task and prepare a cooperation proposal;
• comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Categories of personal data

The request form processes:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address — if provided;
• the selected service focus area — if provided;
• project details that the sender includes in the message.

When a request is submitted, technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request) may also be processed — to prevent abuse.

4. Legal basis and consent

Form data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent (cl. 1, pt. 1, art. 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ). Consent is given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the request. The checkbox is not pre-ticked.

The consent is specific, informed and given consciously: before giving it, the subject may read this Policy via the link next to the checkbox.

5. Data operations and processing methods

The operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, updates, uses and destroys personal data.

Processing is mixed: both with and without automation tools. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

Request data is delivered to the operator’s email address for a reply. Disclosure to third parties occurs only where required by law, or where necessary to deliver the message (the email service).

6. Retention period and consent withdrawal

Consent remains in force until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The operator may keep the request and the correspondence for up to 3 years if needed to handle the matter or protect its rights.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@gorshkovbrand.com. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data unless otherwise required by law.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject is entitled to:

• receive information about the processing of their data;
• request that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed;
• withdraw consent;
• challenge the operator’s actions before Roskomnadzor or in court.

8. Data protection

The operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.

9. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica. The service collects cookies and technical visit data to understand how the site is used.

On the first visit, a banner with “Accept” and “Decline” buttons is shown. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.
